living full-filled even on the bad days. however forming an emotionally unstable relationship with food will cause major health problems such as, coronary disease, organ failures, self doubt, self-resentment and an increased risk of death. i believe it is important to eat proper sized food portions and to adopt a more active life, because we all want to live long enough to watch our lives flourish
